My H009G blinged up
Not a whole lot of bling but I thought it would stand it apart a little. Looks better than the pic.

Yes I jeweled it myself. I started Jeweling about a month ago and started with my mod.70 30-06 that the Jeweling had been erased 35 yrs. Ago so I put it back then I got to thinking the Henry might look good with some bling so I tried and here it is.
Thanks for the kind words.

When looking at your top picture the jeweled bolt really stands out even tho it’s very small in the pic. Nice work and a nice touch.

So do you have a fixture? Freehand? Was it a wire brush, or a pencil eraser kinda tool? Drill press or a Dremel?
I remember seeing some stuff in the old Brownells catalogs for jeweling, but never tried it.

I have a drill press and a cheap cross slide purchased off Amazon which helps a lot and I purchased a Cratex rod and some engine turning brushes with silicon carbide powder.

Outstanding!
I was hoping it was something like this.
I love seeing how others come up with ways to get something like this done.
