Still waiting for my Long ranger 223/556 Nato Henry lever action

Post by Brando73 » Sun Jan 30, 2022 10:02 pm

Ordered from Cabelas in OKC many moons ago with the assurance from Henry that the Gun would be in sooner than expected. I'd already bought 6 other Henrry's so I'm a bit of a repeat customer as I was making a group of Henry's to pass on to one of the Nephews as a group.
I'm really dissapointed that HENRY CS sais they were on top of the order and would get it out to my dealear quick. So I bought and paid for it a long time ago. Gun buyer told me it would be in middle of Jan., but thats come and gone. I was going to purchase the full list of the Rifles with the pump I picked up and some old collectibles.
Henry needs to get off their collective asses and get their back orders out.
Henry is great about responding quickly on my questions, but actions are a bit lost in the process.
I'm on a ticking clock and this sucks. They should keep their vendors updated to deliveries that should be passed on to the buyer ME!

My recent purchase of a Henry shotgun was a couple of weeks ago. The made on date was August 2021 so where was this shotgun for all those months. Bought it from a feed store that has many stores in the northwest and their own distribution system. Maybe it was in their internal distribution system or perhaps at a distributor that the feed store buys from. Unknown but it sat around somewhere. Store guy told me they had three on hand.

Otherwise I’m not seeing any new Henrys on dealers racks.

Have you sent an email to Anthony or his assistances alerting them of your situation. If not I would do that I bet you will get results.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

It worked for me. I waited 10 months and sent a courteous inquiring email to Anthony and got a quick response from someone covering for him. They found a 357 CCH carbine and I had it in ten days. CS had previously responded with "please be patient".

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Good catch, I’ll shoot a message to JEBar he has the magic power to move it to center fire.
