New Long Ranger Owner Question (kind of technical)

As I mentioned in my introductory post I've been shooting collecting, handloading and amateur gunsmithing for 40 years and never owned a Henry. So last week I pulled the trigger and bought a new Henry Long Ranger in 5.56. With any new acquisition I make I thoroughly disassemble, clean and lubricate the firearm (new or used). I have to say the inside of the new Henry was immaculate. I've sometimes disassembled a factory new gun that had metal shaving and crud in them. I can't wait to get out and shoot this rifle when weather here improves.

Question:
It looks like the bolt carrier group works like that of the AR-15 pattern rifles with a rotating bolt that locks in to a recess in the barrel. There are 2 parts to the bolt (in the "illustration of Parts" in the Manual) that I'm not sure what there function is. They are parts #70 (firing pin return spring) and #71 (firing pin return). I'm not sure what these two parts do as there is part #41 which is also labeled "firing pin return spring" that goes around the firing pin and which certainly returns the firing pin against the part #78 (firing pin return retaining pin) which obviously keeps the firing pin from flying out the back of the bolt carrier. So my question to Henry owners that are way more familiar with this rifle than me: What is/are the function of parts # 70 and #71?

Henry's rotary bolt is patterned after the decades old, proven design that Browning uses in its BLR .... mine is pushing 50 years old and operates as smoothly/efficiently as it has from day one ... can't help you with the exact function of those two parts but you may well be able to find more info by looking into the workings of a BLR .... by the way, because of the exact gear timing required in the actions of these rifles, neither Browning or Henry recommends complete disassembly .... be sure to follow the link below and add yours to our community's total

JEBar:
Thanks for the reply. I already disassembled and reassembled; Henry has an excellent video on this and emphasizes the importance of "timing" the action. Hopefully someone else can chime in on the two bolt carrier parts in question.
