New office-reloading room

Post by Greyhawk » Wed Mar 06, 2019 5:41 pm

My wife and I are on year 28 of a forty year remodel project. Also, I have been self employed for the last 16 years and my 'office' has been the closet under the stairs of our old farmhouse. Well, last year my youngest son moved out and his old bedroom was designated as my new office-reloading room- and after a lot of hard work here are the results. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The old barn board wall is actually the outside wall of the original house. (Pretty Cool). The Coyote skin is from a critter that I shot while bow hunting for deer a few years ago. I even got a spot for chopping kindling for the stove. :D

Really like the old wood barn wall; and the cast iron skillets look great hanging there, too.
Easy to see why you're pleased with the results...does look 8-) !

Very nice set-up. Gotta love old barnwood, whether it's inside or outside! Looks very nicely laid out and functional. Nothing like a coyote to keep you company! Lots of memories can build up in a place like that, good for you!

Nice. My loading room is off my office as well.
We are in the process of redoing our place. Just put in the hardwood floors, ripping out the twenty plus year old carpet. We have been in our place more than twenty five years... takes a while to settle in. LOL.

It nice to be able to play while you work! I seem to play in my home office as well. From some reason, that seems to be the only room that is somewhat to myself. But, my wife reminds me that her office is in the room also. Maybe one, I can go solo.
