Starlink went out for us a week or two back. It took them a couple of weeks to get me a replacement cable, (though i bought that). Starlink in sending us a new complete unit.

So i will have a second spare cable.

I spent those two weeks catching up on work around the property. It was a crap ton of work.

I know how you feel.
I had a pad put in for a shed and the man "found" the cable line. Of course it snapped. A call to the cable company got a repair date, 8 days from then. I went to a decent hardware store and got come coaxial supplies. I got it patched together until the crew can come out. I read part of a very good book that evening.

My wife went on a business trip the day it went out, and the new cable was delivered the day she started work back at her home office. I think, know but cannot prove, that she was in cahoots with elon to have me get xxxx done around here.

Everything is ready for hunting season.

Thank you,

I also replaced my Romeo zero on my p365xl with a holosun 507kx2. It is a big improvement. I wish I had gone with the holosun from the get-go. I had 2 before going with the Romeo zero, but after two failed zero's, I've no confidence in them on a defensive weapons platform.

Yesterday, I wrapped up the work on the kubota. I replaced the washer fluid container. (211.00 bucks) Yeeesh. I replaced a secondary magnetic fuel pump (the cause of my original fuel starvation issues) and installed a rear toolbox.

I was able to grade the 1.5 miles of driveway, and dirt road we live on. I could also pop out a couple of stumps from an area we worked on.

The rear tool box can be removed if necessary.

Tool box and the replacement washer fluid container. The old washer fluid container deteriorated in the UV light. I am going to take an old moving blanket and create a pouch for it to keep it out of the UV light.

Yep, I love it hot in winter, cool in summer. It is well worth it. You do have to close the vents every time. Birds get in if you don't

Back to your original theme, 8 days after my cable was cut accidentally, the cable repairman arrived two hours behind and apologetic. He was a great guy and quickly took care of the issue. As we talked while he worked, he explained how shorthanded they are. He was on loan from his primary area. I told him about the site and hope he joins.

That's a very nice rifle. I hope it does well for you.
