My wife found this Ryobi portable mister and ordered one up. It arrived yesterday and it’s fantastic. It can be placed on a five gallon bucket full of water or hooked to a garden hose. There are two speeds for both the fan and the mist stream. We sat out on our shady patio yesterday in 99* heat with the mister running and we were comfortable. Not cool like A/C but comfortable. This runs off a 1.5 amp hour battery that was included and will accept other Ryobi batteries up to 4 AH of which I have two on hand already. We plan to take this unit with us next week on our trip up to the Kettle Falls WA campground. No hook-ups there so we can’t run the A/C in the trailer. This should make sitting out on the patio area much more comfortable.

She paid $89 on Home Depot online and must have got lucky and hit a sale. She wanted to order one for our son here in Spokane and the best she could do was $150 ish on Amazon. Everybody else including Home Depot is sold out.

Wish Greeley was a bit closer. Looking at the HD website it looks like they will ship from the distribution center but not from a store. We saw that the Sandpoint ID store had two but that was bad info. I was ready to drive up and get one but when ordering they showed out of stock. Too bad, Sandpoint is such a nice town and we could have had dinner up there.

Well I can check there to make sure they have one and buy one and Ill ship it to you via UPS if you want. HD is about 2 minutes from my house

Thanks Al, that’s a generous offer. My wife ordered the expensive one from Amazon for our son and it’s supposed to be delivered Monday.
