I’ve had to broaden my search area. Just not a lot of stuff out there. I like this one in Great Falls. Prices are cheaper here too.

The other one went into pending about a week ago. It should close any day.

Don't know about the home owners association, no cows pigs or goats allowed? But you can have up to 5 horses. :D

Love that view. That's a lot of house for a single guy, what with 4 bed rooms.

I can see no cows and definitely no pigs, but no goats? My experience is that goats are less likely to cause issues than horses. Unless they got loose, they do like to climb on stuff and would be more likely to eat landscaping.

One of the things I’m getting used to is Montana is wide open. It is so open any man made object sticks out like a sour thumb. Areas built 20 years ago have buildings and fences everywhere. Might as well live in Seattle.

So I like all the no building restrictions newer developments have.

That area has 97.3 men per 100 women. :D Yes I check the ratio and also how much they earn. The internet is wonderful.

That one place in Great Falls was beautiful but no place to shoot or park an RV inside. This place has both with a price tag to match having the extras.

That sure is some nice country. Any issues with smoke from all the fires, right now? I have a sister-in-law over in Lewiston, Idaho who is getting hit with all the smoke from some of the big fires. She's had the same problem for many years, over there.

Wow, never thought about the western states fires and all that smoke. It seems like there are more and more fires every year out west, that would get old real quick for me.

It’s not all that bad with a good air filtration system. You just can’t go outside for very long. Smoke from the next state over is better than having your own house on fire.

I was also looking at the Boise area til I found out they have temperature inversions in the winter.

I’m not sure if I posted this one. It’s specifically mentioned no shooting. Check out the loft in the garage. That would be a great indoor shooting range. Up high with the warmer air. It could use a big glitz down.
