I’m slowly refurnishing my home. I like old things and if you walk into my home you will be taking a step back 50 years.
I put my dining room table in the hobby room because it’s bigger and easier to work on firearms. This round counter height table looks out of place but will have to do.

Next to be furnished is my formal living room. It needs to be painted.

I want a wide store cabinet for this wall something made in the 1880’s would be nice. That’s ammo under the cover and I need a place to store it.

I put the mirror up a year ago but don’t like it. I’m thinking a large map of the US from around WWII would be nice.

I like being able to close and lock the door. Here I’m working on mounting scopes but ordered the wrong height rings. No need to put everything away while waiting for the correct rings.
Yes this is a small room but I can walk around the table.

The paint brush has frog lube on it. Works great for removing fingerprints for close up photos.

Hey, how many of us can claim to have a little red wagon in our living room? And it looks like an antique.
Nice touch!

Yes it is a prewar Red Ryder. I can’t wait to get this room finished. I don’t use it very much but walk by it all the time.
I have changed the house a lot in the four years since loosing my wife of 42 years. It wasn’t my intention but people look at my house and say bachelor pad. Not many feminine things left, all masculine. One neighbor told me I pissed all over the house meaning I marked it as belonging to me.
