I seek peace and quiet as well Gene! I currently live 3 blocks from a hospital, which is good in some respects, however, sirens all the time gets to me some.

I don’t mind that. I can live without garbage. I can even live with no RV in plain view. They all have large garages built specifically for RV’s.

What I didn’t like was NO SHOOTING!

It is a real pain in the ass to have to read every document on every listing.

I think I would be crying the cowboy blues paying the taxes on it. Currently $4,500 a year at half the asking price. That means a $9K a year in taxes.
