2015 Frontier Pro4x

Post by BrokenolMarine » Fri Mar 31, 2017 10:32 am

Last year, Miss Tina surprised me with the Pro4x Frontier to replace the car we had picked up thinking it would be more comfortable than the station wagon we were driving as a second vehicle.

Meh, we are truck people and need 4wd where we live and for our lifestyle. We kept the paid for 2010 Titan... so we have two trucks.
We have added a shell to the Frontier from the same maker as the one on the Titan, and we are set.

The Frontier is nicely set up, and the backup camera helps with my reduced mobility.

Nice truck, I like the color and now that answers my question that I posted while you were typing this.

Snapped a pic this morning of the Frontier with the shell we added like the one on the Titan. Ordered it with the paint code off the door plate, and it came in a couple weeks later. You get what you pay for and this shell looks like it was delivered with the truck.

The shell on the titan is more than five years old and looks new, so we have high hopes for this one. Came from the factory with the tinted windows.
Very happy with the look, and it fit perfect. It's a Jeraco cap.

Long drive to borrow a truck.
It would probably pull it.
I know the titan would... it even comes with a "tow" mode from the factory. Very helpful. ;)

We have had good luck with them. I put over 200k on the one frontier before trading it in, no issues. We do perform all the scheduled maintenance. We did have a vibration issue with the titan, but it was a model issue, and eventually a factory bulletin addressed the problem. Overall we have been very happy, and have stayed with the brand.
