Sold my 2011 MB 350 Sprinter Van

Post by Sir Henry » Fri Jun 24, 2022 4:41 pm

I dropped my van off about 6 weeks ago to have the oil changed at a diesel repair shop. He normally doesn’t do just oil changes but since I was in no hurry he agreed to do it if he could take a couple of weeks. Sometimes he is waiting on a part and can’t start on a new big job and would slip it in.

We got talking and he said people ask about used diesel equipment all the time so after the oil change I left it there with a for sale sign in the window. He called me today and said he had a buyer. Two hours later I had the money in hand.

It’s amazing how much I got for it. I paid way too much for it and sold it for 17 % more than I paid for it. Things are that crazy.

Congrats Gene. Sounds like you did very well. Use that 17% to buy more ammo. :D

Happy that worked out so well. Know you were burdened with it.

So, yeah! Ammo and 4 wheeler.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
