My first load was a 12’ ladder. It wasn’t much for the trailer but it did allow me to buy it.

Undoubtably, the first of many loads. Don't underestimate the usefulness of a well-built utility trailer.

You might think of putting a tire cover on the spare to minimize the effects of the sun on the rubber. I have read that sunlight causes tires to deteriorate.

My trailer is getting a real workout. I posted the wood stove already in another thread. Today my haul was tool cabinets. Look for them in the garage thread in a few days.
