No. I’m lucky to get 20 mpg towing it. I’m sleeping in the back of the Outback and will do the trip down in 48 hours. Last time I took three weeks.

Traffic is backed up from Arches National Park to Moab so I’m going to take a nap in the parking lot.
10-4 .... 20 mph towing trailer like yours is still very good .... we enjoyed Arches, would very much like to get back out there someday

I leave for my return trip in a few minutes. I’m taking three days for the return. Coming down in two days was too much driving and not enough sleeping.

here's wishing you an uneventful return drive .... well understood on to much driving and not enough sleeping .... for decades I'd drive straight through from our home in NC to my wife's folks home in South Dakota and do the same for the return drive a few days later .... 30 hrs driving the 1,500 miles .... now days we spend 5 days covering the same drive

I’ve been there three times and love it. It’s one of my favorite tourist traps. This trip requires 16 hours of drinking then 10 hours rest and 16 more hours of driving. No stops except for pee breaks and gas.
After 16 hours of drinking I would need much more than 10 hours of rest. And maybe ten hours of pee breaks. :D

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

I’ve been on the road for 24 hours and have driven 1,232 miles which puts me 50 miles from Salt Lake City.

Two more hours will put me on the other side of SLC and then it’s eight hours of sleep.

The bed in the Outback is really comfortable and I can fully stretch out.
