March 2025 trip to Williamsburg, VA

We finally arrived in Williamsburg yesterday after four day of drinking. I mean driving. We will be here for a week and then take three days to return.

Congrats. The wife and I drove through there this morning on our way to Virginia Beach.

We visited the Governor’s House yesterday. They had hundreds of guns and swords on the walls just like they did back in the early 1700’s. They did this to display the powe of the King of England.

We are on the return trip and should get back on Monday in a snow storm. Here I’m parking with the big boys along I-64 in Virginia.

This is where we stayed in Williamsburg. It was a two bedroom, two bath place with a full kitchen. Each bedroom had two queen size beds.

Thanks Dave. The limo van is large and comfortable while the trailer has a stove and sink. It’s perfect for traveling in good weather which we had.

I just drove 845 miles yesterday to get to my adopted sister’s house just south of Madison. I did it to beat the weather and we will hole up here till Monday.

Yes it is AWD with a switch to make it 4WD. I needed AWD to make it up my driveway
