we dined at Michael's Seafood Restaurant located in Carolina Beach, NC on the night of Sunday, Sept 25, 2022 .... their menu offers a wide range of dishes .... their seafood is fresh and is extremely well prepared .... I had a large platter that included steamed medium size shrimp, oysters and crab legs .... all 3 were exceptional .... prices seemed reasonable by today's standards .... both inside and outside dining areas are available ....we heartedly recommend it

Thanks Jim. I'll keep that in mind. I might be heading out that way soon. My neighbor who's a UNCW graduate, and avid fisherman, invited me out there to do some fishing. I'm looking forward to it, AND, I love seafood.

today we drove to Carolina Beach and back to take our 7 year old grandson to the NC Aquarium for his birthday .... since we were in the area we ate at Michael's once again .... I had the Admiral's Platter, can't afford it often but it sure was good

We have eaten there twice since October. Excellent food and service. We have found our go to get away at Fort Fisher Air Force recreation area. Great location and a short drive to catch the ferry over to South Port. A couple of good seafood restaurants over there as well.
