Will be joining our youngest son and his family about 100 miles west of us. His wife invited us to come on Wednesday evening and enjoy and adult social evening. Then celebrate Thanksgiving with the family. We are looking forward to a wonderful trip.

Don't have anywhere to go since both my and my wife's parents are deceased. We'll just stay home and have a quiet day. BTW today is our 39th anniversary. Not too bad for an old hippie! That's me standing on the far left. My brother and his wife on the right. Taken at my paternal grandparents 50th anniversary.

Awesome pic Jake. Most of us in our generation can reflect back on a dated picture like that and have a big smile. Those were the days weren’t they?

We’re just going a few miles into Deer Park to my wife’s cousin’s place. All our parents are gone so it’s our generation’s job to do the holidays. One son and wife in Spokane will join us but other son in S. California is not this year. My wife’s cousin’s sons from S. California were supposed to come up but waited too long to get airline tickets and the price now it stupid expensive so they will stay home.
