My first real sit down meal since I left Texas. I’m not used to these high calorie meals. This meal is 1/2 to 3/4 of the recommended daily calories. I ordered the t-bone.

I’ve been eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. Nothing better than a good protein salad.

I did take a tour down to one of them and we were able to go right through them. Thats been a long time ago. Im not sure what they have now. Im sure you will enjoy it

I ordered the steak medium and this is how it was cooked. I’m refusing to eat it and refusing to pay. I don’t give cooks a second chance.

Hope you do better than we did when we tried to visit Mesa Verde two years ago. This was June 2019 and due to the snow the park was closed for the day. We do plan to go back!
