Buffalo Bore Anti Personnel Ammo

Hey Guys! I came cross this ammunition today. Buffalo Bore Anti Personnel .44 Magnum. I understand the definition of Anti Personnel, but have never seen civilian ammunition labeled as such. Do any of y’all have experience with this particular round and what makes it anti personnel? Thanks.

They have three Anti Personel loads in this caliber, they are intended to do maximum tissue damage in a human. Which is kind of like any other self defense ammo. They do have a full wadcutter load that would punch a mean hole in a bad guy....
