Mismatched receiver and barrel

I recently ordered a Henry Long Ranger Silver Deluxe in 223/556. However, when I received the gun I was very surprised to realize that the magazine and barrel were labeled for 243 win but the serial/model number and receiver engraving were for 223/556. The barrel and magazine are indeed 243 win, 223 does not fit in the magazine and the barrel is too wide. Has anyone seen this before? Does thus have any value as a collectible?
