The market share numbers he cited are amazing. It tells you a lot about why they're doing what they're doing outside of the "core business" of lever action rifles. At a certain point, you can't grow market share any more, so to fuel growth, you have to find other things to sell those core customers.

Single actions, shotguns, commemoratives, limited editions. Turn customers into "collectors."
