Yes, Patrick was the best! He shared his story as he left, saying he was about to be married and the commute in the NY/NJ area where he lives and works was not all that compatible with married life. Great guy who would always go the extra mile for you when answering a question or fulfilling a request.

Good tech support is hard to find and sadly missed when gone!
While tech support is not my primary position I get a lot of calls at work by people asking for me only - and no one else. They have come to know me personally over my many years in the RV industry and want to talk to me only. This however is common in ANY industry where customers' get to know one person and want to deal with them only - even if the inquiry is not in that employees department.

Updated. I never had the pleasure of contacting Patrick. Jeff Post is my goto person. As MisterEd shared "customers' get to know one person and want to deal with them only".

As time goes by...some additions to the sticky.

Since this is a sticky note, is there a place that groups all the sticky's together?

About 2 months ago I ordered a engrave front.About 2 weeks later I discovered I had misspelled a word in the inscription. In a panic I got in touch with Jeff Post.he told me not to worry he would fix my mistake.We spoke on the phone and told me it would take 60 days but I would have it before Christmas.
I guess he read the inscription and told him I was a disabled Vet and lived in NJ for 10 years.

Well Jeff stepped up and went beyond fixing my mistake. I was surprised when 2 week later I had my new front 2 days before Veterans Day. He made my Veterans day very special for which I will be forever thankful. Wrote a letter to the big boss telling him of Jeff's great work. A week later I received a package from Henry in it was a Henry hat ,mug and keychain. As far as CS goes Henry has the best CS in business. It is people like Jeff Post that make Henry Arms a great company.
