Re: Henryholic
I only have one - and the only other Henry I could see myself owning is (maybe) a long ranger but I don't feel the need to stock up on any one brand of gun, unless something collectible or no longer available.
Re: Henryholic
At three (two singleshots and a lever), I'm off 'em for now, but if they start some new versions of single shots with casehardened finish, or engraving, or some other calibers (.257 Roberts?), I can't say I'll stay on the wagon

Re: Henryholic
Forgot about the single shots - that is a definite possibility but I'll have to see and handle one first. I guess for me it comes down to what is the best option for a particular caliber and action - and the .357 BBB came out the winner for me - had I searched and wanted to pay the money I might have waited for nice Marlin but wait and money were the operative words - and I wanted to give Henry a chance. Now would I own a Henry in 30-30? Probably not as there are plenty of Winchester & Marlin options at very good prices.

Re: Henryholic
I only have one small Henry....... and I can set it down anytime I want to. Really I mean it. I just don’t want to right now.....maybe later. When I am finished holding it maybe....seriously I can quit any time.....just not now.
Load on Sunday and Shoot all Week.......okay it's a Mare's Leg I will reload on Wednesday.
Re: Henryholic
Ya but SeaBee I can understand your affliction with just one Henry because you have other issues holding you back. One might think of it as foul play

Henry's are just one flavor of my addiction.
I'm just a plain lever action junky.
I am sure there is a Long Ranger in 5.56 nato in my future.
