New H018-410 malfunction

My New H018-410 shot gun is having problems ejecting empty shells. Yesterday at the range the action stuck open. It had 2 shells stuck together it was a lot of work to get it cleared. It was cleaned and lubed. Anyone have any ideas before I send it back for repairs. I do know Henry will get it taken care of it.
Or does anyone know what the turn around time will be at the factory?

welcome to our community, sorry to hear about the issue with your 410 .... did the problem happen more than once ? .... The ejecting problem has happened the 3 times I have shot it. The other problem is new.

with that being the case, they should be able to duplicate and then fix the issue .... just curious, has it experienced these failures with different brands of shells ?

With several different types of ammo.

that pretty well nails it down to being an issue with the 410 .... with that being the case, I'm sure Henry will take care of it
