Trigger spring

I searched with not luck.....
Where can i get lighter trigger springs?
Or how can i get less than 8# pull? say, down to 3# or 4#?
Its for a .357 steel, that i REALLY like so far..

several members have undertaken such a mod .... while in a few cases there have been noted of Henry being willing to lighten a trigger pull, for liability reasons, its usually been reported that they aren't interested in doing so .... I'm not willing to undertake the job so I have spoken with a gunsmith in Texas who I've come to trust .... he says he has reduced the trigger pull of several Henry rifles so I've made arrangements to take him our Henry 44 & 45-70 in January .... as a side note, he also mentioned the liability factor

Does anyone sell after market springs/kits? I have lightened up all my Rugers, handguns and rifle with no issues.

I know that Brownells has a kit for Marlin lever action rifles ===>

If you have the +/- dimensions of the original spring, it's normally quite easy to find a variety of springs to try:-

If the rifle ever needs to go back to Henry for any reason, it is a simple matter to refit the original spring.

A year or so ago I had a trigger job done on my Ruger SP101. Bought a kit from
Wolff Gunsprings, which worked out quite well. I noticed they also offer rifle springs, and have a "General Purpose" springs link, too. You might check them out.

I would use this manufacturer again. BTW, my gunsmith also says he orders spring kits often from them.
