Called Henry

I called Henry today to order a part for one of my 22LR. Nice lady who answered the phone helped me with the order and also gave me the info that the brass carbine models of the 41 mag will ship at the end of this month. A little later than originally expected but sometimes quality takes just a little longer. We all know Henry is about quality. Al

Yes, I would rather wait and not have issues than have Henry rush anything. Too many companies rush stuff and then have to fix it later.

I called at the beginning of the week to ask about the Big Boy steel .327's.
The guy told me they should start shipping this week or next...

I would also prefer manufacturers make sure quality is up, even if it causes a small delay. Both of my Henry's are nothing but high quality firearms.

I called Henry customer service a couple months ago because the inner mag tube o-ring on my H001 had broken and the tube was not locking securely. They sent me two new o-rings - NO CHARGE.
One of, if not the very best, company customer services I have ever dealt with.
