I think Henry is listening!

Just pulled up the Henry site last night. 1st time in a while. The "New for 2017" guns are posted now. There is some nice stuff. The single shots are right up my alley. Now if they will do like H+R and let me buy 1 rifle with 3 barrels! :D Brass with a 44mag, 45/70, and 12 gauge!!!!

Henry if you are listening. How about selling replacement recoil pads that screw on in place of the brass butt plate on large caliber brass rifles. it seems like it would be easy to do. 2 screws there already. I know the length of pull would change. But for many of us that wouldn't be an issue.

Good call on the replacement barrels. Wonder if the current design allows for interchangeability.

No idea yet. I haven't held one. But they sure are purdy in the pics!

Henry site says that the shotgun is based on the rifle. I'm assuming similar if not identical receivers.

I think I "need" a single shot .45-70.

If H.R.A. is really listening they will sell a receiver with a shotgun barrel , a pistol caliber and a rifle barrel as a matched set.

I could sell you a 45-70 single shot, but it is not a Henry.

How about a plinking. 22 version of the 1860? The tube could hold 44 rounds in honor of the original! Haha. :)

I really like that Big Boy All-Weather. I told them that I would buy one if they came out with it. Gotta start saving!

I am nothing short of ecstatic about Henry, of all people, producing a carbine in .327 Federal magnum.
I've begged every last lever gun maker for this exact rifle for the past 3 years.

Now, the quintessential lever action maker has stepped up to the plate.
They start shipping in March 2017.
HURRY UP MARCH!

Does anyone know when the Big Boy All-Weather's begin shipping?

I just see that they have updated their website with shipping dates for the new rifles. That is very nice. Says February 2017 for the Big Boy All-Weather.

You bet they are! The 327 Big Boys are a prime example. Not to mention the models equipped with Skinner peeps.
