1990's Henry Catalog

I dug this out of hiding yesterday. It is from when I was shopping for my first Henry. Notice all in the lineup were either .22LR or .22WMR. They didn't offer any centerfire. I guess that is why I only have rimfire. Maybe I should order a new catalog?

Doesn't Anthony Imperato look young? Its nice to know Henry started out with the right ideas.

I would like to encourage everyone to read the centerfold pages with the rifles across both pages. Look to the lower right pitting the H001 against the 9422. Double click on the picture and it will be big enough to read.

Very interesting and nice that you could find this. I always think it is interesting to look at the old prices. I see that the MSRP back then for the H001 was $249.00 which is what Cabelas had them on sale for, this past week. Most are about $300.00 regular price now depending on where you look. I paid $310.00 for mine about 7 months ago. I have seen them as high as $325.00.

Great post, SH.
Strangely enough, I came across a 2011 Henry catalog that I didn't even remember having ( getting old is a b*tch, isn't it!), and there is a lot of good information about how the company started, and of course there are some mouth-watering pictures of great rifles made by Henry, too.
I'll try and take a few pics and see if I can post them.

I've had the Long Ranger on order since late spring.

Looks like the survival series has stood the test of time.
I really want one but it'll probably never get used.

Mine doesn't get much use, but it's fun when it does. It doesn't take up a lot of room either.

Thinking it might be the perfect starter for my 8 year old grandson.

I hope the .45 Colt 1860 original doesn't take that long!

The supply will be about the same but the 1860 will have less demand.
