Wow!!! I am super impressed with him and his company.

We emailed back and forth on Thursday.

I was telling him how impressed I am with his rifles and he thanked me in more ways than I thought possible.

I'll have more information next week on the final outcome of the emails.

I don't have more information at this time but think something is up.

Stay tuned for more information is it comes in.

Sorry for the suspense. How do you think I feel? :twisted:

He's a cool guy. We emailed back and forth recently about the new 45 Colt 1860 rifle. Last summer he just emailed me out of the blue and asked for some photos of the cattle country here. Let us know what transpires.

You've inspired me to reach out to him as well. I just sent an email thanking him for his support on this forum and suggested they follow up the single-shot shotgun launch with a side-by-side launch. I'll let you folks know what he says.

I emailed him about fitment issues on my GB 22mag and still waiting for a reply. I guess he doesn't like negative issues.

My guess is that you will hear from him, but if you have concerns about the construction of your rifle, contact customer service directly. They will make your day. And you will be satisfied.

By the way, welcome to the forum from CT.

Hi .... welcome to the Forums! :D

Like CT_Shooter has said, Henry customer services will make sure that you're totally happy with your rifle, so give them a call. ;)

Like others said, I'm sure he'll reply but customer service will jump on your problem. Sometimes it takes a day or two before Mr Imperato gets back to you. I'm sure he's a very busy guy involved in many projects and PR work.

Anthony has sent me several items in the past. A Henry sign and stocking caps along with coffee cups. As a matter of fact right now I am drinking a morning cup right out of a Henry coffee cup he sent me. I really like the Henry Hats I might need to order one. Al

Mr. Imperato is a very generous person. I have politely declined his kind offer of comps once. It was right after the hurricane down near Bayonne shut down the plant. I sent Mr. Imperato and anyone else emails of my support and concern for them in the aftermath. His response came the very next day. Other staffers followed.

He is a class act and follows some very old school methods. It seems to work well. That's how we all met too! :!: :!: :!:

I wish something was wrong with my H001, so I could contact him too, lol.

But it looks great and operates flawlessly.

(So far, no cup, no hat, no nothing, lol)

My email was just to compliment him and his company and products.

Getting comps would be cool.

Can't wait to see what is coming.

And to my surprise Anthony responded to my email as well! In only two days too. Very nice.

I have contacted Anthony in the past because I was wondering if they will ever build Henry with a side loading gate and his reply was quite negative. "NO" was his reply.

I purchased a Henry a week or so ago and was very impressed with it after a brief inspection and then later that day I really went over the rifle and pictures below is what I found;

Meanwhile having what I think is an issue and posted this thread on other forums and at rimfire central, while I thought it was a problem and I would think Anthony and Henry would think the same, a few comments came back at me and told me to "quit whining" and such, either way if I was an owner of a Multi-million $ company I "wound not" want crap like this to go out representing my name and would want someone to tell me about things like this.

I email Anthony a few days ago;

Anthony, (1) maybe you remember or not and maybe thousands of people have asked you the same thing. It was about if Henry will ever install a loading gate, I could tell you didn't particularly care for that question. Not having a loading gate is what kept me from buying a Henry for a long time. Since then I have looked at Henry's but never really "looked" at them and they always seemed to be a very beautiful firearm. I am a Winchester "fanboy" and still love them.

(2) Any ways my question is;
Is this a typical standard practice part of Henry's workmanship?
I email him the same pictures I posted on this thread.

Anthony's reply I got this morning;

1. In keeping with the original Henry design, which was tubular feed, we have made all of model same way. It doesn’t rule out a side gate on a new model in the future. We will keep you posted.
2. No that’s not what I expect to see in our wood to metal fit. Email me your phone, name, and street address and reminder to send (1) GB1051F and (1) GB1052F replacement stocks. Lets see if that resolves. If not, we go to plan B. I am passing your photos on to our engineering staff. Thank you again.

Sincerely,
Anthony Imperato

Good luck, Tape. I am hoping they will resolve your issue. I should go check mine now.

In the meantime, I got my comps today.

Outstanding.

I sent them a "received items/thank you" reply.

Tape,

I'm sure you will be well taken care of by all you come in contact with at Henry.

Bish,

Those are nice items. The one is especially good for breakfast beverages.
