trigger screw won't stay tight, 357 X

this screw will not stay tight. can I simply take it out to loctite it? or will the trigger fall out or something else?

You should be fine to take the screw out. Though you could slide a punch into the screw hole from the opposite side of the rifle as you remove the screw.
The Henry disassembly video for the H006 is an example. Closest video Henry currently has to your H012X. Start at 2:30min in.

Then blue or purple loctite.

Thanks Mags! I slid a punch through the hole as I removed the screw. took some light tapping with a plastic hammer both in and out, like in the video. mission acccomplished.
