SPECIAL ORDER ? ? ?

Beinq that I am new to Henry, I was wondering if they ever built any *special-order* rifles? Something with a 30+ inch barrel, pre-drilled for a Tanq sight, shotgun-type buttstock, and chambered for 45-70 ? ? ?

Henry is known to make special accommodations for Federal Serial Numbers but I haven't heard of them making major changes to their lines

Too mad, I guess I will just have to keep an eye open

I think that H.R.A. is too busy trying to keep up with the production of those rifles and shotguns that they already list and would not be able to make one that is very unusual. Even if they could and would the cost would have to be very high. If you want such a rifle maybe you could get a production model and have an expert gunsmith make the changes that you desire although that would most likely void the Henry lifetime warranty.
