adding a laser to Henry Axe

Really like the Axe. It's fun to shoot. I'm trying to figure out how to add a red or green laser to it for easy target acquisition. I've contacted Henry. They recommend not having it at 12:00. I'm good with that. I'm figuring it for 6:00. I'm pretty sure it's an odd set up, but I think it's possible without doing any damage to the loading tube. Anyone have any ideas on what adapter may work, and suggestions for a decent laser that would keep zero. The recoil is very manageable, so I'm thinking keeping Zero may not be too challenging. Thank you.
