Customer service

Post by Stets » Fri Feb 12, 2021 9:06 pm

Henry is really a top notch company. I finally got around to needing to clean my HO10. They lever loop screw must've been installed by an arm wrestler. Even using hollow ground gunsmith drivers, it was a bitch to get loose. I also boogered up the slot too. I sent henry a message, and they were like, hey, no worries, a new screw is on its way, gratis.
They earned a customer for life..

Don't listen to people that say you don't need more guns and ammo. No one needs that kind of negativity in their lives!!

Customer service is key when I buy a product or good. I will pay extra for it. Without it warranty’s are useless

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

That lever screw is packed tight. Had the same trouble with mine, lucky I did damage the screw. Henry's middle name is Customer Service.

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.
