Yikes, that's a lot of back and forth, and you're to be commended for your patience so far. So much for "third time's a charm," huh?

I"m sure I'm not alone in being interested in what Mr. A has to say...and what he'll propose to do to make it all better.

Please keep us posted.

I suspect the people in the repair area are probably glorified 'parts changers' as opposed to qualified individuals who can actually inspect and diagnose a problem and resolve it.
I can agree.

sad. :( One would expect it to be dry tested to see if it actually fixed the problem and if not pass it along to someone more experienced to look at it. Outgoing quality testing should not be an exercise delegated to the customer.

Guns have only so many parts and mating surfaces.
It's not difficult to identify and isolate problems with them and to determine the course of action to repair it - (providing one has a mechanical background and experience with guns in general)

I doubt this is a complicated problem - but no one is looking for it - they are just throwing parts at it.

It has been two days, and no response yet from Mr. Imperato. Perhaps I have the wrong email address. Maybe someone can confirm. I found his address in the "Contacts" post. Does anyone know for sure what the correct email address is for him?

I'd say by day three and if still no response maybe a phone call. Maybe Mr. Imperato is out of the office. Find out who his XO is and send a copy of the message to him/her. Keep it up and take names and dates!

Dan is a forum member and has been on here a few times. I have emailed Dee before and she has always responded immediately.

I've emailed Anthony a couple times prior and never gotten a response from him either. He handed off my emails to either Tracey Ferry or Dan Clayton-Luce and after a 3-4 days I get a response from one of them. So... I don't bother trying to contact Anthony any more. I just go straight to Dan for escalations.

The Contacts List is what is currently known. Members of this forum are encouraged to post to that topic when something changes. I then update the list in post 1 with those changes.

Great news. In my case, they sent a new BBB rifle in exchange for the defective one. There wasn't an FFL needed at the time, either. Thanks for keeping us posted.
