Emailed customer service

It was pretty cool that I email customer service to see if they could find a stocked Evil Roy and An all weather 45-70 in the DFW area (which he said that there is none). I received and email back from Anthony on Saturday around noon. Now I understand that this could of come from his assistant but it had his direct email that I replied to. Not sure if he responds to all emails or if I just got lucky but none the less customer service seems really good with Henry.

Henrys customer service is first class and I sincerely believe that Anthony responds to his own emails. I have emailed him several times and always have gotten an answer. I have also sent a gun back to which I talked with him on the phone several times. Al

Yup its Anthony. He seems to enjoy the personal touch. Rare indeed.

Welcome to the forum from CT, Drew, and thanks for telling us about your first experience with HRAC CS. That email you got was certainly written by Anthony Imperato. He's totally involved in the company, 27x7. You're going to love your new rifles. He'll guarantee it.

When I inquired about the 1860 original in Canada, he replied "I'll make certain you get one." I think he meant it.
