Best online retailers to find a henry?

I spent the last hour calling all of the henry dealers listed for VA. Not a one has a h012mx big boy x in 357mag.

I've watched gun broker for months now, I am hoping to find a online place that either has one, or that i can put an in stock notification for.

What are your best online retailers for henry besides guns international and gunbroker.

I used Grab A Gun (https://grabagun.com/firearms/rifles/le ... ating+Arms), when I was looking for a .357. One was not in stock; so, I placed myself on a list. I was notified a few days late. Bought it and had it shipped to a locate FFL. No complaints. Rifle was in nice shape and cycled well (took some dummy rounds to cycle). That was about 3 years ago. But, I suspect that it is still a good source.

I wondered about prices myself. When I bought my Marlin (1894) a few years ago, it was the cheapest that I had seen. Now, the Marlin being offered now (1895), it is at twice MSRP. I guess people are paying that. But, I think that I would pass. Plus, I am not in the market for a 45-70.

Did you contact Anthony at Henry? Call and tell them you searched and couldn't find one. Maybe they can find and get shipped to your FFL dealer.

I called henry. I'm not going to bad mouth them, but simply say they were unsupportive and less than helpful.

I have found a local one, I'll end up paying over MSRP, but not by much. It is frustrating that none are to be found, except by those that are sold by scalpers.

Yes, greed is on the rise. How much is enough? I can understand. I think that I paid right at MSRP for a shotgun last year. The upside, I had the money to spend. So, I guess that I don't have it too bad. Yet, I could have used those dollars for some ammo, if I could find some for it. But, it is what it is. Glad you were able to get what you wanted. In the words of RR: Now, it time to let some lead fly!

This one has been 4473'd. the owner says it hasn't been fired by him since he bought it from the store. I'm taking his word at that. I've no compunction about paying good money for a used gun, nor do I think used guns should sell for less than new in all cases.

I'm happy to pick this up. I need to order the pic rail for the scope I ordered today.

I've purchased guns from Reeds (MN), Liberty Sports & Pawn (PA), Tooele Shooting Supply, and Smokey Mountain Guns and Ammo (TN) with good results from all.

yes, buds are on my list already, as is kittery, hinterland, natchez, sportsmans guide, sportsmans warehouse, cabela's, bass pro, green top and a few others.

I appreciate the new ones. It will help when i am looking for more stuff in the future.

Guns.com shows a lot of Henrys, new and used in stock! Pretty expensive, however, it's worth a look.
They even show a couple 410 Axes in stock. I think someone was looking for one.
That is where I found my "Garden Gun". They still show one, but the price is $ 50.00 more than when I bought mine.

It is home, and it is nearly quiet as my 22lr with a can. 148grain wadcutters are a hoot. when it isn't raining so heavily i will do more of write up.

Try 1) Sportsmen’s Outdoor Super Store. I had them notify me when a BB, CCH, Side gate, .357/.38
rifle was back in stock. It took 5 weeks to get one.

2) Sportsmen’s Warehouse. Same as above. It took 3 weeks to get BB, CCH, side gate, .45 colt.

I have used Guns International quite often. Seems a lot of the smaller shops get the new Henrys before the big stores.
