Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry
Pulled the trigger
Pulled the trigger
I’ve had a Single Shot on order with my lgs since October. I finally took delivery after he called Henry and asked about it. The distributor got one to him pronto.
I could not be more please with the fit and finish as well as the look of the walnut in the stock. Highly pleased with it. As soon as I can round up some .38Special and .357 I’ll be seeing how it shoots. After 3 rotator cuff repairs I’ve decided to move to this from my 870 20ga slug gun for deer. I’ve been lurking here since I ordered the gun last year and am happy to be part of the forum.

Hey Achigan. Welcome from Nebraska. I think you picked the perfect, easy, deer rifle. I’ve taken a couple with my 357 steel carbine. The single will be a joy to shoot. Enjoy your Henry, and time with us on the forum.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Re: Pulled the trigger
I predict you'll love shooting that new rifle. They're well balanced, just heavy enough to hold steady (but not too heavy), and the post-recall triggers are quite good.
