I’m looking to buy a Henry SS in the near future. How will I know if the rifle has been repaired under the recall or is the new version?

Welcome to the forum from CT. You can call Henry CS with the serial number and ask. They should be able to tell you fairly quickly. Let us know how you make out.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
