What are you using your .410 Lever on?

I gotta admit, i love the .410 levers and might have to get one in the carbine/cylinder bore model but i often stop short and ask myself 'well, what do i really need it for?' The obvious answer is 'just cuz!' but i would be curious to see what you folks are actually using yours for

.
'Tree rats' (aka non-native to the west, eastern grey and fox squirrels). .410 #4 is a perfect caliber for them. Mine is a .410 Mossberg though.

I've used mine on a round of sporting clays. My lever hand was a bit sore at the end. I may spring for a large loop lever.

I don't have a lever action 410,
mine's a Mossberg pump, and have used it for sporting clays also. ;)
Got some grandsons coming up hoping to use them to get them interested.
I recently ended up with the wife's grandfather's Savage pump 410 also,
another for the gs's to hopefully play with.
Ammo is hit and miss but I've been picking it up when I see it reasonable.

I also have a mossy 410 pump. A fun gun to shoot and my henry chokes fit in it ,making it more versatile.

Don't have a lever but do have a semi-auto. An O/U(tristar) and a pump( Re3minghotn 870) in 410. I shoot skeet, doves, quail and rabbits with these.

That’s a nice lineup of 410’s. Used to work with a guy who had an 1100 semi in .410. He used it for doves which are hard to hit even with a 12 ga. It was a beautiful shotgun.

Man, there’s a lot of love for 410’s here. Used to have a Mossberg New Haven 410 3” pump that my Mother In Law gave me. It was a fun gun to shoot but liked to jam when cycling the second shell. Still it took several grouse for me. Sold it off some years ago along with a few boxes of ammo. Sure wish I had kept the ammo with the current shortage. I’m good for now but always keep my eye open.
