Re: Single shot shotgun choke wrench
Does Henry single shot shotguns come with a choke wrench? I see on Henry Pride they have them available. Never heard of anyone saying they get one with new purchase.

Re: Single shot shotgun choke wrench
One should be included according to this review:
“The barrels of the 12 and 20-ga. models are threaded to accept removable chokes with the common and easy to find Rem-Choke style threading. This gun shipped with one Modified choke installed along with a choke wrench.“

It would be smart to remove the tube as soon as possible and make sure it has anti-seize compound on the threads!

That's good to know about the wrench! What type of anti-seize are you using for the choke tubes? I would think the 410 would come with a wrench also.

Re: Re: Single shot shotgun choke wrench
there are many on the market ===> https://www.amazon.com/s?k=shotgun+chok ... nb_sb_noss .... I use Carlson's Choke Tubes so I also use their lube ===> https://www.amazon.com/Carlsons-Choke-T ... 43&sr=8-34
Re: Single shot shotgun choke wrench
I use Birchwood Casey just because that’s what the store had when I was looking for some lube. Don’t make the mistake I did ONCE.....
Removed the choke and when I cleaned the barrel I forgot I had done so. Ran a bore snake through the barrel and man did that lube make a mess of my snake.
