I’ve wanted a 410/22WMR over and under for a long time.

I shot a round of sporting clays today with my new H015b-410. It shoots as well as my non-brass model. The English style stock (h015b)has a slightly more drop in the heel than the Montecarlo stock (h015), which I like. This shotgun is absolutely gorgeous. It has a brass butt pad ,compared to the rubber pad on the h015, which is not a problem with a 410. The 20 and 12ga versions would be painful without a rubber pad.

I also purchased the newly introduced h015y-410 today on GunBroker. I got it for 200$ under msrp. It has a shorter length of pull and barrel and changeable chokes. My nephew sons ( grand nephews?) will be gifted it.

Well I couldn't control myself and I bought another Henry singleshot shotgun. I purchased a new H015-12 on GB for 215$ yesterday. Now I have the complete set in steel,12,20 and 410 gauges.

The H015-12 has arrived. Beautiful furniture on it. Feels very nimble. Shooting it will have to wait. While admiring the walnut butt stock, I noticed a 3/4" split on the bottom where it assembles to the receiver. I emailed Henry warranty, they replied with the shipping label today. You can't beat Henry's service.

I got my 12ga Henry back with a new butt stock. I get to try it out this weekend. Henry's warranty is the best.
