Not sure how to take that Dahlia...working for me anyway..........

she's stealing with pride your leggings rice bag idea and using cheap rice to do it. Besides in her byline you can't "take her seriously".

I have a bucket of good rice, that's why I'm using cheap rice. I meant no disrespect by it.

decades ago I decided to make some benchrest shooting bags .... to do so, I cut the legs of an old pair of jeans into sections .... turned them inside out and my wife sewed one end with several strips of strong stitches .... at the time we owned a place at the NC coast .... I shoveled several several buckets of stand and took it home .... after pouring it out on an old sheet and letting it dry in the hot summer sun, I filled the bags and hand sewed the open end .... since then they have been kept in an old plastic milk crate that is in the truck any time its on the way to a range .... not long ago I picked up a set of $26 Caldwell DeadShot Shooting Bags .... its easier to take them with us when we are traveling .... they are nice and do a good job .... that said, my old sandbags are still used most often
