Interesting Target

Post by DWD445 » Mon Oct 03, 2016 3:23 pm

At the range the other day, and a guy was leaving and had some unused targets called,
Trouble shooter. At the bottom was this "sample", I thought was interesting. I've been shooting
a long time, but am no expert by far. I was able to better explain to my wife some of her
downfalls and improved a little myself.
I took the sight aligment a little farther and was putting the front sight on the target and bringing
the rear up to meet it more so and DID get more hits on metal targets. Wife did MUCH better also :)

I guess count me in for a "lazy trigger". I might try to concentrate on that.

Good information there. Of course, like playing golf, knowing what I was doing wrong didn't mean I could correct it! :x

Great info. I can see myself in a couple of those targets, unfortunately not the straight shooter...

Thanks for the posting the educational targets. The only thing I might add is that if you are shooting a tight group that's not dead center, then it's just a matter of sight adjustment.

I guess I am a lazy fingered wrist breaking green horn.
