Slow start

Post by Cofisher » Fri Apr 03, 2020 6:50 pm

Well, the fishing has‘sucked’ so far. I keep hoping spring arrives. The temps have been too low so far. My boat has been ready for several weeks. Just...not yet.

I know there are techniques for spring fishing. I’m just not that compulsive about it. Worms and minnows will work soon.

Hope you all have an awesome year fishing. I am believing it will break open soon.

This is still a learning curve for me...if I was in Colorado, I know what I would do.

over the years I've bounced from one form of fishing to another .... working small mountain streams for rainbow trout, for bass & panfish in various lakes and rivers, all manner of saltwater fish in the Intercoastal Waterway, off piers, and from the beach .... one of the things that I've really come to enjoy is walleye fishing while we are in South Dakota .... sure hope things work out to where we can get back out there in June

Let me know when. I am quite interested in learning walleye fishing.
