Fresh oysters
Fresh oysters
Harvested these this morning from Willapa bay, they're going straight into the fire pit. Another beautiful day in western Washington..

Re: Fresh oysters
its been decades since I harvested oysters .... yours sure look cleaner than the ones we "dig" .... ours were so mud-caked that I built an oyster cleaner .... put in a half bushel and hit them with a high pressure rinse at a car wash or pressure washer ..... still have the oyster cleaner but it hasn't been used in many years
