Henry and Uberti; and a cheek weld, too.

I took the Big Boy and the .357 revolver to the range yesterday. I've done a lot better with each gun, but I do love to shoot them and always have fun, even when my targets reveal just how much more practice I'll need if I'm ever going to become a sharpshooter.

I shoot at an indoor range, offhand and standing. I used 100 rounds of 130 grain FMJ handloads. The targets for the Henry were at 75 feet and for the revolver, 25 feet.

My Henry seemed to be placing the bullets a bit high and to the right. Taking a lesson from Sir Henry, I deliberately formed a "cheek weld" for the first time as I shot, though I think I positioned the gun sights as I usually do. Regardless, the need for more practice is evident.

Still pretty darn good shooting, thanks for the report!
