Frontier Fun

Post by leverjc » Thu Apr 23, 2020 6:38 pm

Today is the first time I have been able to really shoot my Frontier, shot 6 different types of ammo and it is not very picky. The best was some old Wolf Match followed by CCI standard velocity. Those two shot as good as I am able to without a scope. All my shooting was done at 50yds except the fun part when I was busting orange birds at 65yds. My next trip to the range I will get my sight settings for 75 and 100yds. :D

Good deal, sounds like a good time was had.
Glad to hear it isn't finicky about it's diet.

Good to hear. I'll be taking mine out in the next day or two. Can't wait to shoot it with my suppressor attached 8-)

Taking the grand kids out to range with my 2 Frontiers. Someone gave me 2 five hundred round bricks of Águila, trust me these kids are trying use that all up.

Sief with a can attached is should be movie quiet. With standard velocity ammo in the 24' barrel it hardly makes any noise at all. Looking forward to your range report.

4450, how did .22 shoot go with the grandkids go? That had to be a hoot. What did you think of the Aguila ammo? Thanks.

The two Frontiers shot well probably put 250 rounds through them and no incidents. Kids had a great time, one grand daughter that shoots for the 4-H shot some really good groups. Spent a goodly amount of time on gun safety.

Good times taking the Grandkids out shooting. My Grandkids really know how to eat up the ammo also.
