Range work with the Ranch Hand .45 Colt...Video

A fine Spring day so I decided to take the Rossi Ranch Hand and my Taylors/Uberti Running Iron both .45 Colt out for some range fun.
Note: I do have a short 4 1/2 minute video of the action and will try again to load it up to YouTube. It was loading at a snails pace last night
without success.
Anyway for some reason the Ranch Hand even when using the single point sling wanted to shoot high left so spent some time getting the windage
adjust correct and ME remembering where to align the front sight with the modified rear sight for correct elevation.
So after adjustments proceeded to have fun hitting the steel knock over targets from 25-30 yds.
The Taylors Running Iron was really running well getting a lot of good hits even with it's short 3.7 inch barrel!
For ammo I was using my 255 gr. Keith style SWC Missouri Bullets and some same weight plated Xterme all loaded with 8.5 Unique.
Also had some of my .45 Colt Specials with the Xtreme 255 gr plated bulllets loaded with 5.7 gr. of Unique about like a heavy .45 ACP load.
The Running Iron loved them and were fun to plink with! Those wont feed thru the Ranch Hand being way to short.
As a side note my new .357 Cimarron Evil Roy SA revolver should be in for pick up on Saturday and is basically just like my .45 Running Iron
as far as same grip but a bit heavier due to longer 4.750 barrel with a smaller bore. Can't wait to get that and my .357 Henry BB out for some shootin' !
If I can get the video from yeaterday's shoot up I will post it.
