Second trip to the range Wednesday

I made two range trips last Wednesday with us having such a nice day for shooting. My second trip I took a 521T Remington 22 and one of my 223 Remington 700's. Had the scope off the 521 and took it to shoot it and get it back on and leave it set up for the fall squirrel season. It was off a little but I shot a few groups at 50 yds. with out moving the adjustments. I later moved it and shot pieces of clay targets and empty shot shells at 50-60 Yds. Then when I got ready to shoot my 223 I had everything ready and didn't have my 223 ammo with me. :x So the 223 rifles get there turn the first of the week when the range isn't very busy. I like through the week early morning before it gets to hot and barrels don't cool down very well. The 521T shot my go to ammo for squirrels very well. This ammo is Winchester Dyna-Pt-Gt and was a Dick's sporting goods item. I bought 4 of the 500 bulk packs before the ammo shortage and have never seen any since. This is my best target I have shot with the Dyna- Pt ammo in the 521T. It usually always shoots well but this is just one of the times 5 shots went very true. Not a group I can say I will do often. Usually in the 1/2" at 50. The right hand group was first and was high velocity and the left group was old Remington subs that had miss fires so I only shot three of them. I am not one to say this is how it will shoot "all day long if I do my part." Center target was the 5 Dyna Pt.

Wow! I'm impressed. That Dyna-Pt-Gt target is one small ragged hole.

Great shooting, beautiful rifle and a vintage table to backdrop the photo.
