Another 180 gr 357 test

Well several of y'all have been playing with the 180 gr pills in your Henrys.
This morning I decided to try a couple different loads with some 180's i have.
Down behind the barn with the Rossi and it's 24" barrel.
I have shot a lot of Blue dot through this rifle.
Looks like the 2400 had a slight edge over the BD.
Five shot groups from the bench at 50 yds.
9.4 grs Blue dot
11.4 grs 2400
31.1 grs H 110.

Hmm, wonder what you may be changing to? Good for you Randy. Some nice shooting and fine looking rifle there. What are the 180's you used? Thanks.

Al, I bought these a few years back, came from Texas.
Bought like 500, down to less than a hundred. Not sure what they are.

Randy, Missouri Bullets, 180gr "Striker" rnfp, coated. They work real good!

Great shootin' behind the barn! 2400 is a great powder for heavier bullets for caliber. Nice looking Rossi too!!
More temptation for me to snag a .357 lever rifle.
