Finally got to the range tonight. Shot 3 targets, all 50 yds off hand standing. I've numbered and made notes on the sheets. Shot Hornady 255 gr LFN and some Federal JSP. Target #3 the wind picked up pretty good, and you can see where I went left. I did manage to correct on a couple. Hope you can read them. Fun night!

I wasn't too happy with the results but will try to redeem myself on the weekend. But it's always fun to shoot my Henry! Thks.

With a wind at 50 yards offhand, I will take that anyday! All three of those targets had some really good shots.

I just keep living vicariously on all the range reports you and others are posting.

Appreciate it. Thank you. Friday night I'll put some more rounds through paper and look for some improvement.

Every shot would have put venison on the table.

I will try to rethink my stance as well, because I'm pulling left still. It's not the rifle, the ones that are hitting close to center actually felt "just right" when I shot them but there were others that I just knew went wide. At 50 yds I can't see them hit, but maybe you guys know what I'm talking about when you just seem to know when you got a good shot off.

Yep I know what you mean when one just felt right. Conversely I know all to well what Oh Crap! Where did that one go? feels like.
